Blog Review #2

April 12, 2007 at 8:59 pm (Uncategorized)

The Electronic Frontier Foundation is a group that keeps track of misuses of copyright and digital rights laws, and brings suit against companies or agencies that try to misuse these laws. If you’re interested in copyright laws, and what’s going on with things like the DMCA, or what the RIAA has tried lately, then check out their RSS feed, which sends out news items about what the EFF is doing.

I like this feed because it’s not super busy – one or two posts a day, average. It’s less like a personal blog, and more like a news story on a specific topic, which is a nice counter to some of the more pellmell blogs that i read. I like to keep track of these issues, and having EFF’s breaking news piped in to my computer makes it easy to see what’s happening.
